Founded in 2004, Camp No Limits provides education, mentorship, peer support, and adaptive recreation to empower young people to discover and develop healthy, happy, and independent lifestyles. Today, Camp No Limits offers 12 camp programs in 10 states nationwide, bringing together campers, families, mentors, volunteers, and staff from across the world.  ### **The Challenge: Photos Were All Over the Place** Before PhotoCircle, Camp No Limits used Google Drive and another photo-sharing platform to collect camp photos. The process was scattered and not always easy for families and volunteers to use. As a result, photos were stored in different places, and many were never shared with the organization at all. After seeing how well it worked, the organization began using it across all 12 camps. #### **Easy Sign-Up With a QR Code** At each camp, the team prints a PhotoCircle QR code for families, volunteers, and staff to scan when they arrive. This makes it easy for participants to join the circle on site and start uploading photos and videos. Participants can upload during camp or add their photos afterward. Everything is collected in the same PhotoCircle for that camp. #### **Photos Are Organized by Year and Camp** Camp No Limits organizes its PhotoCircle workspace by year, with each camp grouped underneath. This gives staff a consistent way to find photos from a specific camp later. > “It’s easy to go in there and say, ‘I know this camper was at camp this year.’ So it’s easy to find exactly where those photos live, which is great.” > > — Kelsey Moody, Program Operations Director #### **Photos Are Used for Slideshows and Marketing** The team sorts photos by date to build camp slideshows in order by day. If participants upload more photos after camp, the team updates the slideshow and posts the new version on YouTube. Staff also add “marketing” to the captions of selected photos. This lets them find those images again without reviewing every photo. ### **Security, Branding, and Admin Controls** Because [Camp No Limits](https://www.nolimitsfoundation.org/) works with children, the team wanted more control over photo downloads. Staff can open or close downloading and manage these permissions for different groups. The team also adds the Camp No Limits logo to downloaded photos. When families or sponsors share them, the logo shows that the photos came from the camp. > “The security was a big one. Another one was branding. Because families, volunteers, and staff can all upload, the organization receives photos from activities its small team may not have photographed. > “We can’t be every single place for all of camp, but capturing photos from the families and volunteers has helped us really capture more of our story.” > > — Kelsey Moody, Program Operations Director #### **Families Contribute and Find Photos** Families upload the moments that were important to them during camp. They can also look through the full collection and find photos of their children taken by other parents, volunteers, or staff members. > “To be able to capture the families’ photos and videos from their eyes—what was important to them at camp, what they thought was a great experience for their family—and they put it into PhotoCircle. They like to go back and look at the growth of everything.
